HOW TO JOIN TROOP 109/4109
Troop 109 and 4109 is a vibrant, outdoors oriented, scout-led troop that helps boys and girls advance from Scout rank to Eagle. Serving Atherton, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Woodside, and Portola Valley for over 70 years, our 30+ scouts meet at Hillview Middle School in Menlo Park the first Tuesday of the month.
6 SIMPLE STEPS TO JOIN THE ADVENTURE
1: Learn About Our Troop
If you are considering Troop 109/4109, both scout and parent(s) should attend a meeting to meet the troop leadership and members. Scout meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:45 pm. Please contact info@mptroop109.com for detail information about upcoming meetings and other activities.
2: Register With Our Troop
Complete BSA Membership Form:
Prefer to complete a fillable PDF form?
3: Complete BSA Medical Form

Complete BSA Medical Form parts A & B and a copy of both sides of scout’s medical insurance card.

Avoid these common errors when completing the form.

Make a copy for your records.

Complete part C if your scout will be attending summer camp.
4: Other Troop Forms
Complete the T109 Photo Release Form.
5: Send Completed Forms
Email copies of all forms: hard copy registration form (if applicable), medical form, photo release form to registrar@mptroop109.com.
6: Send Fees
